Neuro Muscular Treatment with Damian Wedge

We highly recommend you to book a Neuro Muscular Treatment prior to start your Pilates lessons and classes. On you initial consultation Damian will not only address the cause of pain but can also determine dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain. This system does not only addresses the cause but it also sets you independent as it teaches you how to release compensating muscles and tissues and strengthen weaker areas, eliminating pain and immediately connecting inactive muscles making the execution of pilates exercises very successful.

Duration is 1hr and 30 minutes.

Private Lessons

These lessons are designed to focus on your individual needs, whether you are looking to improve your physical health, posture, sports performance, rehabilitation from an injury or looking to address an existing imbalance or dysfunction, we have the experience, knowledge and tools to help you.

Duration is 55 minutes.

Lessons with Principal Instructors:

$110 Casual / $100 on a 3 months cycle / $95 on a 6 months cycle

Lessons with Certified Instructors: $90 casual / $80 on a 3 months cycle / $75 on a 6 months cycle

Duet Lessons

Great if you have a partner at a similar fitness level to work out with you. Duet lessons incorporate the use of all studio apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs & Barrels. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body. If you are looking for a partner the studio can try and arrange one for you.

Duration is 55 minutes.

Lessons with Principal Instructors: $60 each casual / $55 on a 3 months cycle/ $50 on a 6 months cycle

Lessons with Certified Instructors: $50 each casual / $45 on a 3 months cycle

Cadi Duo Lessons

Keep up with your fitness, stretch and strengthen the healthy way! The Cadillac Lesson challenges and treats your body with an awesome workout and lovely stretches! We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body. If you are looking for a partner the studio can try and arrange one for you.

Duration is 55 minutes.

$40 each Casual or $35 on a 3 months cycle

Mat Classes

The Mat Class works on Strength, stretch and challenges your co-ordination. These classes are small (limited to 8 people) to allow adequate attention is taken to each individual and their body needs. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body.

Booking is essential.
