If you looking for faster results with a leaner, toner body and above all feel absolutely fantastic, the best way to learn Pilates is with regular Private Lessons twice a week. We offer an Intro Pack for new clients that includes one Neuro Muscular Therapy, three Private Lessons and one free Reformer Class to get you started. These lessons can be booked at a time to suit you.

Another great way to increase your fitness levels, is joining our popular Reformer Class that have been carefully tailored to deliver excellent results whether you are a Beginner or Super Advanced teacher, and have fun in a semi private group setting (maximum of 3 people per class). Neuro Muscular Treatment with Damian Wedge

Damian specializes in movement and functionality, he uses a corrective movement system which addresses the cause of pain not just the symptoms. This approach can be used to treat complications such as; back, neck, leg, knee, ankle and foot pain plus many other complaints.  

We highly recommend you to book a Neuro Muscular Therapy session prior to starting your Pilates lesson as it is a dynamic tool that complements Pilates.

Duration is 1hr and 30 minutes.

Pilates Private Lessons

Our Pilates Private Lessons are tailored to your unique needs. It is designed to not only make you feel wonderful, stronger and stretched out it improves your overall health & lifestyle. You get results all over boosting circulation, reducing inflammation, strengthening joints and keeping you young!

Pilates Duet Lessons

Have fun working out with a friend! Similar to Private Lessons, our Pilates Duet Lessons are tailored to your needs, using the Reformers, Cadillac, Mat, Chairs & Barrel. You are sure to feel stronger, stretched out & younger with this session. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Our Reformer Classes (limited to 3 people) offer all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Leading to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body prior to joining a group class.

Booking is essential.

Duration is 55 minutes.

Seniors/ Beginner: Mondays 10:30am

Beginner: Mondays 5:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30am

Pre Natal: Mondays 4:30pm

Post Natal: Fridays 10:30am

Intermediate: Mondays 9:30am, Wednesdays 10:30am, Fridays 7:30am & 9:30am, Saturdays 9am

Pilates Combo Reformer + Mat Classes

The Combo Classes (limited to 6 people) incorporates 30min. on the Reformer and 25min. on the Mat. This combination ensures you get the support from the Reformer that creates length, strength and balance in the body to prepare you for the challenging Mat Work. These classes are small to allow adequate attention is taken to each individual and their body needs. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body prior to joining a group class.

Duration is 55 minutes.

Beginner: Wednesdays 11:30am

Senior/ Intermediate: Wednesdays 7:30am
