Neuro Muscular Treatment with Damian Wedge

Damian specializes in movement and functionality, he uses a corrective movement system which addresses the cause of pain not just the symptoms. This approach can be used to treat complications such as; back, neck, leg, knee, ankle and foot pain plus many other complaints.  

We highly recommend you to book a Neuro Muscular Therapy session prior to starting your Pilates lesson as it is a dynamic tool that complements Pilates.

Duration is 1hr and 30 minutes.

Reformer Classes

Our Reformer Classes (limited to 3 people) offer all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Leading to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body prior to joining a group class.

Combo Reformer + Mat Classes

The Combo Classes (limited to 6 people) incorporates 30min. on the Reformer and 25min. on the Mat. This combination ensures you get the support from the Reformer that creates length, strength and balance in the body to prepare you for the challenging Mat Work. These classes are small to allow adequate attention is taken to each individual and their body needs. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the traditional pilates work and how to apply it in your own body prior to joining a group class.
