We follow the integrity of the work developed by Joseph H. Pilates, named The Art of Contrology, which is a complete body conditioning method of exercise that develops strength, flexibility & control supporting the body’s functionality and prevention of injury. We follow the lineage of Joe's chosen protégé Romana Kryzanowska. We are the only traditional Pilates Method Studio in Byron Bay.

This lesson is designed to focus on the individual’s needs, whether you are looking to improve your physical health, posture, sports performance, rehabilitation from an injury or looking to address an existing dysfunction, we have the experience, knowledge and tools to help you.
This lesson is great if you have a partner at a similar fitness level to work out with you. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body. If you are looking for a partner the studio can try and arrange one for you.
The Mat Classes work on strength, stretch and challenges your co-ordination. These classes are small (limited to 8 people) to allow adequate attention is taken to each individual and their body needs. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body.
