We follow the lineage of Joe's chosen protégé Romana Kryzanowska. We are the only traditional Pilates Method Studio in Byron Bay.

A gourmet treat! The best way to benefit from Pilates and gain results effectively and faster. This lesson is designed to focus on your individual needs, whether you are looking to improve your physical health, posture, sports performance, rehabilitation from an injury or looking to address an existing dysfunction, we have the experience, knowledge and tools to help you.
This lesson is great if you have a partner at a similar fitness level to work out with you. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body. If you are looking for a partner the studio can try and arrange one for you.
Our Reformer Classes (limited to 3 people) offer all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. We suggest clients to book initially a separate Private Lesson to become more familiar with the classical pilates work and how to apply it in your own body.
