Our Lineage has been preserved by Romana Kryzanowska who was trusted by Joseph Pilates to share his lifetime work to the rest of the world, and she did. Romana has kept the integrity of Joseph Pilates’ work alive until today. We are 3rd generation teachers from Joseph Pilates himself.

Damian Wedge - Neuro Muscular Practitioner/ Lifestyle - Nutritional Coach / Movement & Mobility Specialist / Managing Director

Damian specialises in a sophisticated form of manual therapy that combines motor control theory and manual muscle testing. This system addresses the cause of pain and can determine dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain.

Having a strong interest in human body mechanics, Damian completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University QLD. He is a Pilates Enthusiast since 2011, and a keen surfer who is always looking for ways to improve functional performance. Damian is also a CHEK trained Holistic Lifestyle Coach teaching natural health and wellbeing principles.

Andrea Leyva - Principal Pilates Teacher/ Managing Director

Andrea guides her clients in building movement strategies and tools to help achieve their athletic goals. Systematically she develops specific movement patterns educating the body through the various environments of Pilates apparatus. Understanding how to address the limitations of the body, Andrea helps her clients create movement skills which can be practically applied to everyday lives, promoting independence and transformation outside the studio.
